Sohar University is the first private Omani university, established in 2001 AD. The university includes six main colleges, which are the College of Business Administration, the College of Engineering, the College of Computer and Information Technology, the College of Education and Arts, the College of Linguistic Studies, the College of Law, and the College of Business Administration.
